He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Pankratz and Harriet Pankratz (Straetz); and his brother-in-law Glen Vierig. He is survived by: his children, Amber Van Asten (Ryan) of Rudolph, Tristan Pankratz of Marshfield and Jesse Pankratz of Glidden; his grandchildren, Lorelei and Logan; and his siblings, Peter Pankratz of Mississippi and Terry Vierig of Glidden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Most Precious Blood Catholic Cemetery (256 E 2nd St, Glidden, WI 54527). A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Glidden VFW Post (174 W 1st St, Glidden, WI 54527).
