He was predeceased by: his parents, William Haefer and Mabel Haefer; and his wife Barbara Haefer (Stiemke). He is survived by: his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Tracie Haefer; and his grandchildren, Morgan Haefer, Erich Haefer, Kassondra Walsh (Martin) and Aaron Keller (Leah).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pilgrim Ev. Lutheran Church (W156N5436 Bette Dr, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Pinelawn Cemetery (10700 W Capitol Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53222).
