He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cook and Margaret Cook; and his brother James Cook. He is survived by: his wife Monica; and his friend Dan. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as countless friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1619 Washington St, Grafton, WI 53024). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
