He was predeceased by: his daughter Kay Christensen; and his sons-in-law, Dennis Wendlandt and Timothy Crosslen. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Heidtke; his children, Linda Wendlandt, Shirley Crosslen, Edward Heidtke and Cheryl Flaherty (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew Wendlandt (June), Michael Wendlandt, Jamie Haim (Kevin), Andrew Crosslen and Mitchell Flaherty; and his great grandchild Josie Wendlandt.
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinty West Lutheran Cemetery (11458 N Wauwatosa Rd, Mequon, WI 53097).
