He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hunter (Dick) and Opal Hunter; his sister Beverly Swenson; his niece Karen Swenson; and his in-laws, Urban and Maragaret Olson.
He is survived by: his wife Barb (Olson); his children, Lonnie Segelstrom (Jim), Desiree Gundersen (Tim), Shawn Hunter and Danielle Hunter; his grandchildren, Erik Segelstrom, Amy Burshem (Tyler), Trista Juntunen (Matt), Jason Gundersen, Aly Gundersen (Bert Graham), Isis, Collyn, Ian and Isaiah Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Gundersen, Rory Juntunen, Watson and Waylon Graham.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Hope Lutheran Church (685 WI-70, Grantsburg, WI 54840). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials preferred to: Samaritans Purse-OCC, Gideon's Bibles, or American Cancer Society.
