She is survived by: her children, Stacy Perkins, Joshua House and Jonathan House; her grandchildren, Jade Perkins, Joshia House, Jaylyn House, Keyana House, Arianna Stark, LeAnder Denny, Josephine House and Montinae House; and her great grandchild Leo Block. She is also survived by 1 niece and 2 nephews.
