He was predeceased by: his parents, James Matuszak and Frances Matuszak (Heuser); his wife Marilyn Buechler; and his siblings, Harold Matuszak (Marie), Herbert Matuszak (Jackie), Howard Matuszak (Elaine), Edward Matuszak and Dolores Nissen.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Matuszak (Michelle), Gary Matuszak (Jill) and Susan Plamann (Phil); his grandchildren, Rachel Matuszak, Lauren Matuszak (Neil Tedesco), Monica Matuszak (Jeff Yap), Carly Matuszak, Melissa Sullivan (Jim), Matthew Matuszak (Carly), Jordan Plamann and Alyssa Plamann; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Isabella, Tony, Daxton, Aidyn, Sylvia, Liam, Wyatt, Noah and Leo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund in honor of Arthur will be established to benefit Moments Hospice.
