It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Verna Bell (Green Bay, Wisconsin), born in Antigo, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard A. McKinnon and Verna E. McKinnon (Meinert); and her brother Bernard C. McKinnon. She is survived by: her children, John Bell (Ann) of Oshkosh, WI, Marcia O'Leary (Joe) of Stiles, WI, Cynthia Reeves (Harvey) of Justin, TX and Tom Bell (Barbara) of Green Bay, WI.; her grandchildren, Ellie, Austin, Riley and Connor; her sisters, Judy Strey (Dennis) of De Pere, WI and Mary Biermaier (Tom) of Woodbury, MN; and her sister-in-law Patricia McKinnon (Pat) of De Pere, WI. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
