He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Joseph Lepak Sr. and Angeline Margaret Yenter; his siblings, Tom (Rita), Marie (Robert), Betty (James), Gabriel (Mary) and Caroline (Bobby); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy, Michael, Peggy, Linda and James (Marcine).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Jeffrey (Margaret), Brian (Karen Rogers), Randy (Kathy) and Steve (Claire Lovell-Lepak); his grandchildren, Joseph, Delaney, Quinten, David Wollbrink (Melissa), Ben, Sam and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Addison and Emma; his siblings, Carley, Patricia, Felix Jr., Angie (David), Sharon (Larry) and Margie (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Judith (James), Leroy and Gregory (Susan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Basil's name.
