He is survived by: his wife Tina; his sister Pam Johnson; his children, Jeff (Tammy), Terry, Gregory (Jacqueline) and Jason (Carol); and his stepchildren, Tonia Geibel (Brian), Steven Monfils (Tammy), Scott Monfils (Ashton), Lisa Falish and Leilanni Schleis (Tyler). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, and sisters-in-law as well as nieces and nephews.
