She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Smith and Antoinette Smith (Thyssen); her husband Paul R. Bain Sr.; her siblings, John Smith (Ruth), Bartholomew "Bud" Smith, Cornelius "Neil" Smith (Virginia), Fabian Smith, Elsie Schmidt, Dorothy Vogels (Bernard), Mary Ann Jensen, Rose Mary De Ruyter (Herbert), Joan Rickaby (Jim), Florence Glodoski (Larry) and Janice Romenesko (Bill); and her son-in-law Bob Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Jr. (Betty), Laurie Bain Parker and Rick Bain (Karrlin); her grandchildren, Kristal, Paul Louis, Nicholas (Jenna), Kirsten (Ricky), Alex (Laura), Alyssa, Jordan and Meghan; her great grandchildren, Tony, Jude, Samantha, Finley and Thomas; and her sister Janet Charles. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
