She was loved and cherished by many people including: her friends, Cath and Cathy; her parents, Emil Larson and Barbara Larson; her siblings, Jan Stried (Brad), Cindy (Tim), Sally Verpooten, Jim and Greg; her cousins, Lauri, Terri, Jim and Missi; her pets, Brooks and Sully; her friends, Cilla and Jackie; Jill Reinhard.
Catherine spent all of her working life in food service, always in a supervisory position as a head cook in nursing homes, a school, or a residential facility for everything from Alzheimer's to troubled youth.
