He is survived by: his parents, Michael Holtermann and Theresa Augustian; his girlfriend Debra Mason; his girlfriend's children, James Mason and Allison Techmeier (Bryan); his siblings, Jay Holtermann (Erika) and Keri Miller; his nieces, Autumn Spencer and Sage Holtermann; and his nephew Luke Holtermann. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
