He is survived by: his children, Kendal S. Cook and Charles J. Cook, Jr. (Aleah); his siblings, Rosetta Thomas (Red), Albert Thomas, Tammy Gutierrez (Efrain) and Roberta Doucette; his aunts and uncles, Russell Doxtator, Corrine Doxtator, Helen Doxtator and Janice Cloud (Nathan); and his wife Patricia Cook. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
