He is survived by: his children, Joey Couillard (Becky), Amanda Couillard (Brad) and Michael Couillard; his grandchildren, Kiley, Jayce, Kendall, Maddie and Averie; his close friends, Adam Couillard (Ashley), Todd Moss (Jill), Pat Couillard and Justin Bierstreker; and his nieces, Opal Hupp (Jim) and Angie Workman (Roger). He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, Grandparents.
