He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Emory Paine and Helen Paine (Bradbury); his wife Carolyn Anderson; his grandson Bryce Paine; and his sister Marjorie Hicks (Paul).
He is survived by: his children, Chris Paine (Carrie), Cheryl Paine and Cirsten Paine (Jason Becker); his grandchildren, Tony Konetzke (Ashley), Charlie Konetzke (Britt) and Bryan Paine (Krista); and his great grandchild Ava Rose Konetzke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many family friends.
