Charles Slavek Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2025, at the age of 74, Charles Slavek (Green Bay, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Slavek and Josephine Slavek (Obodzinski); his wife Mary; his brothers-in-law, Bruce Hyde, Tim Bell and Mark Torborg; and his niece Allegra Hyde.

He is survived by: his children, Jacob Slavek, Emily Sculliuffo (Curt) and Evan Slavek (Frances); his grandchildren, Julian, Adam Sculliuffo and Mabel Slavek; and his siblings, Martin Slavek, George Slavek and Gerry Slavek.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 211 N Maple Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303.
