It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Ann Tooley (Green Bay, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 16, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty and Richard; and her siblings, Sue and Steve. She is survived by: her husband Pete Tooley; and her brothers, Dave (Sandy) and Brian (Jan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and cherished sister-in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at the St. Anne's Episcopal Church (347 Libal St, De Pere, WI 54115).
Cher was passionate about feeding the homeless at St John's ministries and packing meals for the Feed My Starving Children charity.
