Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Cindy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her father Roy Felton; and her friend Wendy Sporleder. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Felton; her daughter Shelley Leddon; her sisters, Connie Bretl (Larry) of New London, Carla Felton of Green Bay and Chris Felton of Florida; and her close friends, Lisa Abhold, Susan Besson and Diane Neeve. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

A memorial fund is being established in Cindy's name.
