We are sad to announce that, on February 18, 2026, at the age of 64, Connie Kellogg (Green Bay, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Ullmer (Edna Ullmer); and her sister Carol Peotter. She is survived by: her husband Rick Kellogg; her children, Ricky Kellogg and Alyssa Kellogg (Evan Jon Genrich); her grandchildren, Josephine Kellogg and Richard Kellogg IV; and her siblings, Barbara Klass, Mary Gering, Russell Ullmer, Rodney Ullmer and Donald Ullmer.
