She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Fontecchio and Nancy Fontecchio (Kondel); and her son Duane Van Den Heuvel. She is survived by: her daughter Christina Toonen (Robert); her brother Robert Fontecchio (Nancy); her granddaughters, Samantha Witt (Michael) and Melissa Toonen; and her great grandchildren, Brayden Robert, Ellie Sue and Autumn Christina. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
