He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Jr. Beauleau; and his grandparents, Gilbert Sr., Magdeline Beauleau, Albert and Florence Charlebois.

He is survived by: his mother Janet Beauleau (Charlebois); his siblings, Don Beauleau (Tammy), Steve Beauleau and Terri Berken (Jim); his nephew Derek Beauleau (Amie); and his nieces, Tia Beauleau and Stephanie Beauleau. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Aspiro, in David's honor.
