He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Buhr and Genevieve L. Buhr (Tlachac); his daughter Stephanie Woelfel; his stepmother Geraldine Buhr; his father-in-law Lloyd Bredael; his sister Nancy Grandaw; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Dantoin and Hank Deprey.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Randy Buhr (Amy) and Tim Buhr (Andrea); his son-in-law Jon Woelfel; his grandchildren, Brianna (Jessie), Ava, Josie, Riley, Autumn and Ben; his mother-in-law Eileen Bredael; his siblings, Jeanne Buhr (Ken Hjornevik) and Dennis Buhr (Pat); his stepsisters, Carol Schauer (Ray) and Gloria Granius (John); and his siblings-in-law, Archie Grandaw, Fred Bredael (Roxie), Julie Deprey, Lori Salmon (Glenn), Lynn Michiels (John) and Mikki Jandrain (Bob). He is also survived by many beautiful nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:35 AM. A wake will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home (1630 E Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54302). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church (312 Victoria St, Green Bay, WI 54302).
