He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Bukowski and Stanley Bukowski; his siblings, Bernice Proft, Pearl Janice and Eugene; and his wife Mary Jane Bukowski (Vanderheyden).

He is survived by: his children, Jane Dvorak (David), Terry Adams (Jeff), Mary Kay Weigman, Paula Dippold (Tom), David Bukowski (Jill) and Jim Bukowski (Lynn); his grandchildren, Ben Weigman, Sarah Wozney (Mack), Alex, Sam Dvorak, Zach, Maddie Adams, Katie, George Dippold, Emily, Michael Bukowski, Luke Bukowski, Marshal Bukowski (Alyssa Rankin) and Brandon Perez-Zavaleta; his great grandchildren, Eli, Delilah and Owen Wozney; and his sister-in-law Winifred Bukowski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
