She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Phipps and Arlene Phipps (Coates); her husband Owen Noxon; her siblings, Bob Schaub (Donna) and Shirley Olson; and her siblings-in-law, Pat Bohan and Miriam Bartlett (Harry).
She is survived by: her son Mark Noxon (Jamie); her grandchildren, Robert Noxon (Sara D'Inecco), Dr. James Noxon (Marcia) and Cynthia Catanese (Tony); her great grandchildren, Amy Noxon, Kimberly Noxon, Jennifer Stucky (Joel), Cassidy Noxon and Adrian Noxon; her sister Marilyn Bohan; and her brother-in-law Les Olson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Relevant Radio or Christian Outreach may be made is Dee's memory.
