She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Lachance and Victorine Lachance (Lebresh); her husband Neal; her close friend Jim; her son Anthony "Tony" Rife; and her siblings, David Lachance (Lempi), Delore Lachance (Bertha), Albert Lachance, Elmer Lachance, Tony Lachance (Eleanor), Wilfred "Fritz" Lachance, Zeph Lachance, Emma Delmont (Charlie), Helen Lachance, Marie Westman (Russell), Bertha Lachance and Elaine Oman (Stephen).
She is survived by : her children, Timothy Rife (Heidi) of Rapid River, MI and Tina Rife (Guy Hall) of Duluth, MN; her grandchildren, Melissa Daniels (Mike), Ashley Rife and TJ Rife (Mariana); her great grandchildren, Nakita Waerzeggers, Logan and Lucas Daniels; her stepdaughters, Nina Harnish (Robert) and TriciaWasurick; her granddaughters, Brandi Hinkle (Jordan) and Chelsea Tourville (Kris); her great grandchildren, Noah, Gabby Konop, Elise and Yannick Tourville; her sister Delphine Tucker; her friends, Diane, Elaine, Karen, Mary Lou and Marilyn; and also, Ron and Mae Mazola. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations for Bellin Health Foundation or St. Jude's Children's Hospital. In lieu of a donation, do an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness for someone; Dede would have loved that as well.
