It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Martin Loy (Green Bay, Wisconsin), born in Harvey, Illinois, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Loy and Eleanore Loy; his wife Diane Rhodes; and his brother-in-law Donald Mutka. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Loy (Dawn) of Wrightstown, WI, Dustin Loy (Valerie Gurekovich) of Tyrone, PA and Dora Rabideau of Adams, WI; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Mason, Molly, Kaitlyn, Kiley and Alysa; his siblings, James Loy (Diane) of Smithville, TN and Myrna Mutka of Hilton Head, SC; and his close friend Dolores. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.

“Dustin, Doug Chuck Petinga expressing my loss for words on an old friend of many years working for me at Marsh and Schneider. He last visited me in Appleton when I was just coming through my cancer treatment. He was a special person who always had the best to say about others and always wanted to do his very best for our Transportation Clients. On our many travels he was the best of company and I had hoped to visit him one last time before his passing. God Bless you old friend.”
