She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Irzyk and Mary Irzyk (Nawrocki); her husband Henry "Hank" P. Kruszynski; her siblings, Michael, Martin and Cecilia; and her son-in-law Robert Grathen.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Grathen (John Porterfield), Michael Kruszynski (Kay), Susan Hoffmann (Kenneth), Lisa Chapa (Antonio), Robert Kruszynski (Jeanene) and Kim Burbach (David); her sisters, Anne Krask and Barbara Skora; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Irzyk. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
