He is survived by: his wife Audrey LaLuzerne; his daughters, Mary Blahnik Geldrop (René van den Akker) and Jenny Blahnik Pewaukee (Eric Hohenwalter); his grandchildren, Willem, Audrey, Laurentien, Elise, Anna-Sophie and George; Mary (George), Froedtert Hospital, Dr. Edward Bongiorno and Dr. Stein of Ridder.
