He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stein and May Stein (Brown); and his siblings, Florence Morris (Ed), Vi Samorske (Clarence), Frances Olsen (Harvey), Catherine Kielpikowski (Ted), Ceil Hodits (Joseph), Lester, George (Adele), Robert (Eileen) and Wilfred Stein (Rosemary).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanne Ferris (Tom) of Holts Summit, Julie Krock (John) of Green Bay and Debra Stein (Dave Tronnier) of Byron, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Laura (Ryan), Paul (Dana), Teresa (Arnold), Cassie (Nick) and Coltan; and his great grandchildren, Hanna, Braden, Connor, Corbin, Ava, Victoria, Dominic, Stella, Althea, Renna, Gabe and Luca. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
