He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat O'Keefe and Carol O'Keefe; and his siblings, Mike O'Keefe and Kathy Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Terri Hannon; his children, Tyler Plog, Casey Plog and Jamie Plog; his grandchildren, Cullen O'Keefe, Andrew Foley (Destiny Blanz) and Lauryn Foley; and his siblings, Jim O'Keefe (Linda), Tim O'Keefe and Maureen Norman (Dave).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (340 S Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family are preferred.
