It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna M. Black of Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Johnsen and Loretta Johnsen (Seifert); her husband Barney Black; her son Kevin; and her siblings, Cleo and Wayne.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Candy), Craig Black (Jayne) and Denise McNeill (Don); and her sister Jackie Phillips. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-granchildren.
