She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Tahlier and Rose Tahlier; her husband Bob; her siblings, Elaine McAllister, Lois Lindsten and Eugene Tahlier; and her great grandchild Charlotte Olmstead.
She is survived by: her children, Kristine Parins (Richard), Suzanne Neu (Steve Marsh), Virginia Smits (David) and David Neu (Lisa); her grandchildren, Katrina Gray (Nathan), Robert Parins, Elizabeth Shlapack (Eric), Joseph Williams (Carla Ensink), Tyler Marsh, Laura Beth Cashku (Igli), Daniel Peña, Abigail Olmstead (Matthew), Carly Smits (Jason Payne), Lindsay Pruski (James), Emily Tolley (Micah), Olivia Richardson and Sophie Richardson; and her brother-in-law John Neu. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
In retirement she delighted in knitting and donating hundreds of caps for newborns and adults in need.
