She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Puyleart and Mary Puyleart (Van Lyssel); her husband Harold Lemmens; her daughter-in-law Marlene Lemmens; and her siblings, Marie Ducat (Clarence), Bernadine Laurent (John), Leona De Grand (Elmer), Gladys Umentum (Pete), Joseph (Alice), Richard (Isabel), Norbert, Raymond (Ursula), Harold (Ann) and Robert Puyleart (Edna).
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Kane (Brian), Wayne Lemmens (Joan Foster), Bonnie Sabo (Bob), Lori Laabs (Randy) and David Lemmens (Tammy); and her grandchildren, Troy Kane (Niamh), Darin Kane (Kara), Niki Rosenow (Jeff), Chad Lemmens (Jamie), Ashley Brantmeier (Andy), Whitney Herman (Nick), Cassandra Miller (Vishal Rao), Jessica Miller, Jacob Miller and Savannah Doucette (Scott). She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A wake was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Parish Wake Service (1630 E Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54302). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Church (3425 Willow Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311).
