He is survived by: his son Rick; his daughter-in-law Theresa Seppa of Washburn, WI; his grandson Alan Seppa of Washburn, WI; and his siblings, Dale (Carol Seppa) and Rosie (Ben Sword). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the Seppa family is establishing a Memorial Fund in Duane's name to benefit various charities in the Green Bay area that were important to Duane.
