He was predeceased by: his parents, John Farrell and Eunice Farrell of Greenfield, WI.. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Lemke); and his sons, Chad (Carolyn) and Jason. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
