With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Austin Burns of Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 29, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Burns and Mary "Lyda" Burns (Dailey); his siblings, Josephine, Charles, Elaine and John; and his daughter-in-law Sandy Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Miller; his children, Jeffry Burns and Lisa Lau; his grandchildren, Garrett Lau (Kelly), Paisley, Aaron Lau, Halley Lau, Jade Landry (Deanna), Cole Kroitzsch, Taylor (Madison), Jeffrey, Ada, Austin and Spencer; his nieces, Suzi Herbst, Vicki Redfern and Joanie VonGlahn (Willie); his friend Steven Krings (Margaret); Suzan Landry, Sandra Lloyd (Jeffrey), Steve Krings, Suzi Herbst, Jade and Deanna Landry. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Green Bay Wildlife Sanctuary or Heartland Hospice.
