He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Jerovetz and Rose Jerovetz (Mleziva); his siblings, Angie Haen (Bernard), Clarence Jerovetz (Stella) and Donald Lensmire (LaVerne "Lovie"); his siblings-in-law, Gerald Lensmire and Carol Vanderbloemen; and also, Richard and Emily Lensmire.
He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Lensmire; his children, Janet Raddatz (Andy) and David Jerovetz (Ann); his grandchildren, Michael, Sarah and Emily Jerovetz; his pet Max; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Lensmire (Pilsen), Tony Vanderbloemen (Green Bay) and Richard "Dickie" Lensmire (Marilyn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of floral expressions a memorial fund has been established in his name.
