He is survived by: his parents, Barb Quandt (Prevost) and Steven De Groot; his stepfather Larry Quandt; his grandparents, Larry Prevost, Nancy Prevost, Jim and Jeanne De Groot; and his aunts and uncles, Brad Daul, Chris Romuald (Ken), Pat Giesler, Theresa Freeman (Jeremy), Brian De Groot (Angeles) and Valerie Hopf (Ryan).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in his name.
