She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gillis and Ursula Gillis (DeGreef); her parents-in-law, Carl and Mary Laabs (Prodell); her siblings, Raymond Gillis (Betty), Chuck Gillis (Joyce), Russell Gillis (Cleo), Marie Billodeau (Bill) and Lorraine Lindbo (Dick); her brother-in-law Bob Laabs; her son-in-law Gary Zaskey; and her grandchild-in-law Kelley Casbourne.
She is survived by: her husband Cletus Laabs; her daughters, Mary (Bill) and Lori Zaskey; her grandchildren, Mike (Katie), Sara Borremans (Rob Johnston), Ben Kurowski (Kayla), Green Bay and Krystal (Eric); and her brother James Gillis. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren.
