Balliett (Green Bay, Wisconsin), born in Augusta, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Balliett and Anita Balliett (Coulson); his sister Jacqueline Haldeman (Balliett); and his sister-in-law Polly Larson (Phillips). He is survived by: his wife Lana (Phillps); his daughters, Kathryn (Balliett), Minan (Jimmy) and Rebekah Balliett (Casey Smith); and his grandchildren, Silas, Amelia Duval and Baby Minan.
