He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his siblings, Ronnie Arendt and Nancy Dollar (Arendt); and his siblings' children, Judith Westphal, Becky Rosek, Jennifer Dollar, Dave Coates, Jr. (Paula), Scott Coates (Tammy), Jeff Coates (Tammy) and Jason Dollar.
