He is survived by: his wife Judy Kozlik; his son Daniel Clark (Marcy); his grandchildren, Graham and Bo; his children, Zachary Clark and Lauren Clark; his brother David (Eileen); his nephews, David Jr. Clark (Tamera) and Aaron Clark; his sibling Thomas Clark; his niece Alisha Hobson (Cole); his sister Julie Van Egeren (Randy); his nephews, Matt Schroeder (Carly), Mitchell Schroeder and Michael Van Egeren; his brother Scott Clark; his in-laws, Jane Kozlik and Mecho Kozlik; Hannah and Nicole Kozlik. He is also survived by many other great nieces and nephews, and family and friends.
