He was predeceased by : his sister Nancy Wouters; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Wouters (Kaftan) and Ron Carviou (Patti). He is survived by : his children, Joseph Wouters (Trish), Wendy Rabehl (Dan), Michael Wouters (Maureen) and James Wouters (Vicki); his grandchildren, Weston, Logan, Elyse, Nolan, Ariana, Taylor, Ava, Josie, Ricky, Rylan and Lincoln; his siblings, Dave Wouters and Mary Carviou (Dale); and the mother of his children Judy Wouters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many close friends.

In lieu of flowers or other expressions of sympathy, memorials directed to the family are appreciated.
