We bid farewell to Gene O. Halbrook of Green Bay, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 24, 2025 at the age of 85. Gene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Halbrook and Leona Halbrook (DeJardin); his siblings, Gerald Halbrook (Virginia), Gloria Cowan (Harold) and Nancy McCarthy (Gene); his son-in-law Gerald Stencil; and his grandchildren, Eric, Elizabeth Stencil, Charlie, Bill Stencil, Brittany and Brett Bohmke.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Stencil, Patti Bohmke (Tom) and Lisa Watzka (Bernie); his friend Marylin Duesing; and the mother of his children Sandi Halbrook (Jensen). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
