He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Francart; and his siblings, Delores Brown (Herbert "Jim"), Theodore II, Eugene Francart, Irma Chandler, Earl Sr. "Butch" Francart and Francis Francart.

He is survived by: his children, Dale Francart, Dean Francart, Warren Francart (Jackie Luedtke), Preston Francart and Sarah Stamps (Jesse); his granddaughters, Chelsie Wendricks (Eric) and Fia Stamps; his great grandchildren, Winter, Lochlyn and Rhys Wendricks; and his sister Susen "Susie" (Robert "Bob" Theeke). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and friend.
