She is survived by: her children, Julie Kornowski (Mark), Jayne Duckett (Tim), Jim Jansen (Jolene) and Michael Lenarduzzi (Heather). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
