She is survived by: her husband Michael Woolums; her sons, Nicholas, Brenden and Mitchel; her grandchildren, Ryan, Zephyr, Talyah and Leona; her siblings, Allen Fortemps and Polly Soukup (Rick); and her sisters-in-law, Lesa and Kris.
