He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Shirley; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his brother Kevin; his children, Ashley, Jonathon, Samantha, Hilary, Marcus, Chylsea, Sam, Celeste, Bentley and Jaxon; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Avery, Charlie, Sammy, Iris, Lilah, Carsyn, Kaden, Eduardo, Logan and Nathaniel. He is also survived by extended family and friends, including nieces, nephews, in-laws.
