He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Rice and Delores Rice. He is survived by: his wife Diane Ingalls; his children, Shad Ingalls (Cheri), Shawn Ingalls (Amy) and Shane Ingalls; and his siblings, Colleen Rice (Chris Vanevenhoven) and David Rice (Joni Cartier). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
